Natural Swimming Pond

We have recently completed a natural swimming pond construction on the private estate of a major British filmmaker. We were asked to design and construct a natural filtration pond which will supply filtrated water into a series of other water features that are in the early construction phase.
Our pond installation, completed at the end of November 2025, comprises of both biological and mechanical filtration. The dividing wall separates the swimming compartment from the planted beds whilst the water spans the two areas.
The plants that will provide colour, height and texture from early spring also create a wonderful habitat for the insects and wildlife.
The plants naturally dye back during the winter months yet still provide essential filtration.
We will maintain the pond and enjoy its progression over the next few years.
